Margaret Blackburn-Steele | Senior Partner

Margaret Blackburn-Steele is a Grenadian-born Attorney, and Senior Partner of Renwick & Payne. With an avid interest in the Law, Margaret studied in England where she became a member of Lincoln’s Inn and was called to the Bar of England and Wales in 1975.

She returned to Grenada and was called to the Bar of Grenada in 1975, following which she worked as Deputy Registrar before she became a partner of Renwick & Payne less than a year after joining that firm.

Margaret is a professional in every sense of the word and practices in all areas of Law, the only exception being criminal law.

Her expertise excels in Trademark & Patent, Corporate, Probate and Conveyancing and Mortgage Law.
Margaret was recently granted an award by the Grenada Bar Association as the Longest Serving Female Practitioner in Grenada.

Margaret is not all work and no play and has a keen interest in gardening, fashion and music – she plays the piano and pipe-organ and often composes and writes her own songs. Margaret also engages in construction projects.

Amy Bullock-Jawahir | Junior Partner

Amy is a British-Grenadian Attorney and Junior Partner of Renwick & Payne. Amy studied in England where she obtained her Bachelor’s Degree in English and Law and went on to do the Bar Vocational Course at City University in London.

She was called to the Bar of England and Wales by the Inner Temple in 2009 following which she returned to Grenada to work with Renwick & Payne.

Amy was called to the Bar of Grenada in 2010. Whilst Amy practices in all aspects of the Law, she specialises in Family, Conveyancing and Probate Law and Civil Litigation.

Amy is a cat lover and also loves singing and theatrical arts.

Jodie-Ann Johnson | Associate

Jodie-Anne is an Associate of the firm of Renwick & Payne. While at the University of the West Indies, Jodie-Anne developed a passion to help individuals, groups and organization with their legal problems and further the public and sought a career as an Attorney.

In May 2012, Jodie-Anne graduated from the University of the West Indies Cavehill, Barbados, obtaining Second Class Honours in her Bachelors of Law Degree (LLB).

In October 2014, Jodie-Anne graduated from the Hugh Wooding Law School in Trinidad and Tobago with a Legal Education Certificate and was called to the Grenadian Bar in 2014. Whilst Jodie-Anne practices in all aspects of the law, she specializes in family, probate law and civil law.

Jodie-Anne loves travelling and meeting people with different cultures. She also loves cooking and teaching.
